About Jennifer Mary Walker
Jennifer Walker, MD, is excited to return to her hometown to provide a unique dermatological surgical procedure to local patients. Dr. Walker is the first TriHealth physician to specialize in the Mohs surgical technique to treat non-melanoma skin cancer. This outpatient procedure minimizes damage to healthy skin tissue while progressively removing areas of cancer and boasts the highest rate of cure for skin cancer.
Mohs surgery allows Dr. Walker to cure patients almost immediately with a single surgical procedure as she serves as dermatologist, pathologist and surgeon all wrapped into a single physician. Dr. Walker also provides skin surgeries for melanoma, rare skin cancers, and benign lesions. She stresses the importance of wearing sun screen to not only prevent cancer but to keep a youthful appearance.
Dr. Walker's practice focus includes: Mohs surgery for non-melanoma skin cancer, surgery for melanoma, and surgery for benign lesions.
Dr. Walker graduated at the top of her class in medical school and served as chief resident of her dermatology residency program. She is an avid Bengals fan and enjoys running, especially in the annual Thanksgiving Day Race in downtown Cincinnati
