About Elizabeth LeRoy
As a mother of three, Betsy LeRoy, MD, understands the trusted relationship a patient has with her doctor and she is pleased to offer women at all points in their lives a high level of comprehensive care. Dr. LeRoy's first love was and is pregnancy and birth, and she enjoys taking the extra time to guide her patients through the preparation and planning for a healthy family. As a graduate of The Ohio State University Medical Center residency program, Dr. LeRoy is trained in complex obstetrical procedures to better help her partner with patients in both low- and high-risk pregnancies. She is trained in advanced minimally invasive surgery techniques that help alleviate the discomfort and inconvenience of painful and heavy periods. Having sought out specialized certification in adolescent health and contraceptive care, Dr. LeRoy is pleased to offer options that empower young women as well. Dr. LeRoy brings her southern charm from her native Louisiana where she completed dual undergraduate degrees in Political Economy and English Literature at Tulane University in New Orleans. After a successful career in journalism, Dr. LeRoy was drawn to the personal touch of health care and attained her medical degree from the University of Arizona. Free moments in her busy life are spent with her husband and three young daughters as they explore all the local culture and offerings of Cincinnati.
