About Seerin Viviane Shatavi
Born and raised in Germany, Dr. Shatavi remembers wanting to be a doctor from an early age. She enjoys interacting with patients and finds it humbling to be able to make a difference in people’s lives. The rapid advances in the field give her the opportunity to have a significant impact in the quality of life and survivorship of her patients.
An experienced, board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist, Dr. Shatavi provides compassionate care for her patients and their families. She is committed to understanding each patient’s unique background and journey so she can target treatment to achieve the best outcome. She strives to gain trust by being a dedicated advocate for her patients. Dr. Shatavi finds it especially gratifying when a patient improves enough to resume a normal life, attending to life’s special moments.
Married with a daughter, Dr. Shatavi values her time with family. She likes to travel, enjoy the outdoors and explore Cincinnati neighborhoods. She supports local and national fundraisers for cancer awareness and research.
