About the Provider
Heather Hartman, MD, became a physician to help others and serve her community. She is very grateful for the opportunity to impact her patients’ lives and their health. Dr. Hartman takes a practical approach when treating her patients, examining a person’s whole life. Her focus is on educating and treating their allergy-related health issues in order to improve their overall quality of life. Dr. Hartman always encourages her patients to talk to and ask questions of her. She wants her patients to feel empowered and to be a partner in their own health care.

Dr. Hartman is highly involved in community education and volunteering. She has led several initiatives to educate others about air quality and environmental issues and fighting asthma, and she has volunteered at numerous health fairs. She has written grants and worked with the American Lung Association, all to help improve the lives of patients with asthma. Dr. Hartman served as pediatric chief resident at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Today, she sees pediatric and adult patients for evaluation and treatment of all allergic diseases and immunodeficiencies.
